The timeless outdoor sauna.
A long thermo-spruce barrel for the backyard. The Barrel 250 is Hekla's largest barrel and seats six, two more than the Barrel 210. The thermo-aspen interior stays stable and resin-free.
What regular sessions do.
A traditional sauna heats the room to 158 to 194°F. Ten to twenty minutes, a cool-down, and repeat. Here is what regular sessions do, in Hekla's words.
