The timeless outdoor sauna.
A thermo-spruce barrel for the backyard. The Barrel 210 seats four in the classic round barrel shape. It is the smaller of Hekla's two barrel saunas, and like all Hekla outdoor saunas it is built to live in the backyard. The thermo-aspen interior resists moisture and stays smooth to sit on.
What regular sessions do.
A traditional sauna heats the room to 158 to 194°F. Ten to twenty minutes, a cool-down, and repeat. Here is what regular sessions do, in Hekla's words.
