These terms apply when you choose to receive text messages from Southern Leisure Spas & Wellness, operated by Pool Xpressions LLC. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number in our website chat widget and agreeing to its SMS consent language. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. We do not use a pre-checked consent box.
Messages you may receive
Messages may include replies to your inquiry, quote or availability follow-up, appointment details, delivery or service updates, and offers you asked to receive. Message frequency varies with your request and conversation.
Costs and delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability.
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for help.
- You may opt in again through the website chat widget after opting out.
Privacy
We do not sell your mobile number or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use service providers that deliver messages and manage customer communications on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect your information.
