Finnleo owner notice · September 17, 2026
Check your infrared or hybrid sauna.
The U.S. CPSC has recalled specified Finnleo infrared and hybrid saunas and infrared kits because panels can overheat. Sauna360 has also paused infrared-product shipments. We have temporarily removed Finnleo infrared and hybrid models from shopping listings while the dealer confirms cleared configurations. Hekla saunas come from a different maker and are not named in this recall.
If you own one, check its model and serial number with Sauna360. The official notice tells affected owners to stop using the sauna and arrange a free in-home repair. A model name alone cannot establish whether your unit is affected or already remedied.

Cover care
