Yes, register it with the maker soon after delivery. It puts your purchase on record and makes any later claim faster. The register links are on the brand cards above.

Who do I call if something breaks?

Call our service desk at (972) 737-5777 or send a service request. Have your brand, model, serial number and a photo of the problem ready.

Does the warranty move to a new owner?

Bullfrog and Platinum warranties cover the original buyer. If you bought a used spa or are selling your home, check the maker's terms for your model.

What can void a hot tub warranty?

Each maker lists its own rules. Common ones are poor water care, running the spa without water, and repairs by someone the maker did not approve. Read your brand's warranty to be sure.

Where do I find my serial number?

Usually on a label inside the equipment door and on your delivery paperwork. Your owner's manual shows where your brand puts it.

Specified Finnleo infrared and hybrid saunas and infrared kits are under a U.S. CPSC recall because panels can overheat. Check your model and serial number with Sauna360 at (866) 936-5962 or recall@sauna360.com. Hekla saunas come from a different maker and are not named in the recall.
