Enhance your relaxation with the Platinum Melody audio experience. Designed to deliver clear, immersive sound with impressive depth, the integrated Bluetooth system lets you stream your favourite music, podcasts, or playlists directly to your hot tub.
Platinum Superior-Zone ozone purification
Fitted as standard on every model. Superior-Zone injects ozone during filtration to support water clarity and reduce sanitizer demand; ozone does not replace the sanitizer needed for water care.
Platinum Premium Shield insulation
Shell foam, a reflective heat-lock layer and a ThermoFoil perimeter and base wrap help retain the selected water temperature between sessions. Cover condition, placement and local weather still affect heat retention and running cost.
Balboa control system
Platinum Spas uses Balboa control hardware across the range. Panel design and Wi-Fi availability vary by model; confirm the controls and connectivity on the unit quoted with your showroom.
Platinum Illumination LED lighting
All models carry multi-colored LED lights controlled with a push of a button - hold one color, or let the mood setting fade softly between colors.
A dedicated electrical supply
Premium-range models run on a dedicated 240 V circuit - a licensed electrician's job, not a plug-in. The exact requirement for this model is in the spec table below.
A level, load-rated base
A poured concrete pad or a properly prepared paver base sized to the footprint and rated for the tub's filled weight (dry weight plus water plus bathers).
A clear route in
The tub arrives on its side on a dolly, so the width that matters is its height, not its footprint. Send your showroom a photo of the spot and the path to it before you spend anything on prep.
