Luxurious Hydrotherapy Jets
We design every jet for a purpose - from deep-tissue massage to gentle relaxation. Each seat is positioned to target key muscle groups, delivering a complete, tailored hydrotherapy experience that leaves you feeling renewed.
PlatinumMelody™ Immersive Sound
Platinum Melody transforms your spa into a private concert. High-performance speakers deliver rich bass while crisp mid and high tones bring every track to life.
World leading Aristech acrylic
We use premium Aristech acrylic on every spa we build. Known worldwide for its durability, UV stability, and flawless finish, Aristech combines beauty with performance - keeping your hot tub looking stunning for years to come.
LED Lighting Effects
Lighting sets the mood. From soft, ambient glows to vivid party colours, our LED lighting system transforms your spa into a personalised retreat - day or night, relaxing or energising, the choice is yours.
Intuitive Touchscreen Control
Your spa’s controls are as simple as they are powerful. Adjust temperature, jets, and lighting through a clear, responsive interface that makes managing every aspect of your spa feel effortless.
Signature Water Features
Our illuminated waterfalls and drinks holders add theatre and function in equal measure. Sculpted, branded headrests offer the same attention to detail you’d expect from luxury automotive seating.
Platinum Premium Shield Thermal Panels
Our multi-layer Platinum Premium Shield Thermal Panels work with a thermo-wrap lining to lock in heat and reduce running costs. This advanced insulation keeps your spa efficient and ready to enjoy all year round.
Platinum Superior-Zone ozone purification
Fitted as standard on every model. Superior-Zone injects ozone during filtration to support water clarity and reduce sanitizer demand; ozone does not replace the sanitizer needed for water care.
Platinum Premium Shield insulation
Shell foam, a reflective heat-lock layer and a ThermoFoil perimeter and base wrap help retain the selected water temperature between sessions. Cover condition, placement and local weather still affect heat retention and running cost.
Balboa control system
Platinum Spas uses Balboa control hardware across the range. Panel design and Wi-Fi availability vary by model; confirm the controls and connectivity on the unit quoted with your showroom.
Platinum Illumination LED lighting
All models carry multi-colored LED lights controlled with a push of a button - hold one color, or let the mood setting fade softly between colors.
A dedicated electrical supply
Premium-range models run on a dedicated 240 V circuit - a licensed electrician's job, not a plug-in. The exact requirement for this model is in the spec table below.
A level, load-rated base
A poured concrete pad or a properly prepared paver base sized to the footprint and rated for the tub's filled weight (dry weight plus water plus bathers).
A clear route in
The tub arrives on its side on a dolly, so the width that matters is its height, not its footprint. Send your showroom a photo of the spot and the path to it before you spend anything on prep.

Why a daily soak feels so good.
Warm water and moving jets do more than feel nice. Here is what health experts say a regular soak can do.
Eases sore muscles
Heat opens up blood vessels, so more blood reaches tired muscles and helps them relax.
Source: Cleveland Clinic ↗Melts away stress
Warm water can calm your body and may help lower stress after a long day.
Source: Cleveland Clinic ↗Better sleep
A soak before bed warms you up, then the cool-down after can help you fall asleep faster.
Source: National Sleep Foundation ↗Calms stiff joints
Warm water takes weight off your joints and can ease the stiffness many people feel.

Keep the water at 104°F or below and skip alcohol in the spa. If you are pregnant or have a heart or blood pressure condition, ask your doctor first. U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission ↗
