Black, glass-fronted, sized for two. The Mini Cabin seats two. It is the compact version of the Cabin, for anyone who wants a backyard sauna cabin on a smaller plot. The thermo-aspen interior resists moisture and stays smooth against the skin.
In the box: water bucket, ladle, hygrometer & thermometer, sauna timer.
What regular sessions do.
A traditional sauna heats the room to 158 to 194°F. Ten to twenty minutes, a cool-down, and repeat. Here is what regular sessions do, in Hekla's words.
