Full-spectrum infrared warmth in a compact, one-person cabin.
The Infrared 100 is a one person sauna for small spaces. Infrared panels warm you directly rather than heating the air, so sessions run at a lower temperature. It is the smallest of Hekla's infrared saunas and of all Hekla's indoor sauna models.
Gentle heat that still does the work.
Infrared warms your body directly while the room stays around 113 to 140°F, so sessions feel calm and can run longer. You still reach a deep sweat.
Better sleep
A regular sauna ritual calms the nervous system for deeper, more restful sleep.
Eased muscles
Heat loosens tight muscles and eases the body, supporting recovery after training or a long day.
Heart health
Heat asks the body to work, gently. The heart beats faster, blood vessels open and circulation deepens, a response close to light exercise.
