The sculptural cube, sized for two. The Cube 160 seats two in Hekla's rounded cube shape, with full glass across the front. It is built to stand outside all year, like all Hekla's backyard saunas, and the thermo-aspen lining resists moisture outdoors.
What regular sessions do.
A traditional sauna heats the room to 158 to 194°F. Ten to twenty minutes, a cool-down, and repeat. Here is what regular sessions do, in Hekla's words.
