Price the installation you actually need
Electrical requirements differ by heater and model. Outdoor installations also need a suitable base and a plan for access and drainage. Indoor projects may require room preparation and ventilation work. Ask for the manufacturer requirements and have the relevant contractor review the site before finalizing your budget.
Separate purchase costs from running costs
A finance agreement covers the costs specified in that agreement. Electricity, cleaning, routine maintenance and future repairs remain part of ownership. Confirm who installs the sauna, who handles service and what each warranty covers before comparing lender payment options.

Can I finance a custom sauna room?
Ask the showroom to define the exact custom-room scope and quote. Confirm with the showroom and lender which quoted products and services are eligible before submitting the requested amount.
Do all saunas need the same electrical work?
No. Requirements depend on the sauna and heating equipment. Use the selected model’s manufacturer instructions and have a qualified electrician confirm the appropriate connection and site requirements.
Does requesting a sauna quote commit me to a loan?
No. A showroom quote and a lender application are separate steps. Read the lender’s disclosures before applying and review the written offer before agreeing to the financing.
