Upon scheduling a repair appointment, our trained technician will come to your place of residence and diagnose the proposed issue with your hot tub. If it is a problem that can be repaired right away, without the need to order parts or if we have the parts stocked in our service truck, then the technician will repair the spa on his initial diagnosis visit. If the hot tub repair requires parts that we do not have on hand, the technician will inform you of the problem with the spa and then provide you with a quote on parts and labor to repair your hot tub.
