Yes. We service Bullfrog, Olympus, Platinum and Marquis as a priority and most other brands when parts can be sourced. Tell us the brand and model and our team confirms before scheduling.

What does a service call cost?

Diagnostic, labor and travel are explained before you confirm an appointment. Travel beyond 30 miles of the nearest showroom is $3 per mile and is confirmed in advance.

Is my repair covered under warranty?

If your spa is still inside its manufacturer warranty and was bought from us, we handle the warranty claim. For other spas we quote the repair as a non-warranty job after reviewing the details you send.

How soon can a technician come out?

Our team reviews every request and replies with the next available slot for your area. Sending the error code, photos and the spa details with your request shortens the wait.
