You can sit in the spa before you buy, we deliver and set it up for you, and our service desk is a phone call away after the sale. Online sellers usually leave delivery, setup and repairs to you.

Yes, inside each showroom's delivery area at Arlington, Flower Mound, Richardson and San Antonio. Austin prices delivery by product. Every hot tub comes with a cover, cover lifter, steps and a starter chemical kit.

Richardson delivers up to 30 miles, Arlington, Austin and San Antonio up to 50 miles, and Flower Mound up to 80 miles from the showroom.

Usually 2 to 4 weeks in Dallas-Fort Worth and 2 to 3 weeks in Austin and San Antonio. Factory-ordered models at Richardson take 6 to 8 weeks.

You need a flat, level, solid base that can carry the full weight of the spa with water and people. A concrete pad or a deck built for that weight both work. Your showroom checks the maker's guide for your model.

Most do. Bullfrog hot tubs run on a dedicated 240V, 50A GFCI circuit and most Platinum hot tubs on 220-240V, 50 or 60A, put in by a licensed electrician.

Yes. Bullfrog's A5D, X5L, X6R and Calm6 can be ordered with a 120V plug-in option, and Platinum's Reims and St Tropez run on a standard 120V, 15A outlet.

A dedicated 240V circuit. Bullfrog lists 50A or 60A for its Swim Series. A licensed electrician puts it in before delivery day.

Cole's honest answer: a saltwater hot tub is really a chlorine hot tub. The salt passes an electrode that turns it into chlorine. It is not autopilot. If the spa sits unused, the generator keeps making chlorine, which can over-chlorinate the water and damage the pumps, heater and shell over time. It works, but it needs regular checking.

Yes. Every new hot tub and swim spa comes with a chemical starter kit so you can balance the water from day one. Your showroom shows you how to use it at delivery.

A traditional sauna heats the air to about 158 to 194°F with steam from the stones, for shorter, more intense rounds. An infrared sauna warms you directly at about 113 to 140°F, so sessions feel gentler and can run longer.

It depends on the brand. Bullfrog covers the frame for life, the shell structure 10 years and pumps, heater and controls 5 years on its M, A and STIL Series. Platinum covers the shell structure 10 years and pumps, heater and controls 3 years.

The U.S. CPSC recall covers specified Finnleo infrared and hybrid saunas and infrared kits. Check your model and serial number with Sauna360 at (866) 936-5962. Hekla saunas come from a different maker and are not named in the recall.
