The entire crew at Southern Leisure has been fantastic. Purchasing from Jesse and me constantly hounding him about the delivery he was always top notch and apologetic for something out of his control. To Michael that delivered it and answered all of our dumb questions and took the time to teach us how to work it and care for it. Then sadly the screen went out on the control panel as the taillights disappeared. I posted it online about it finally arriving and how the screen was not working. Immediately it was addressed by Cole. He scheduled an appointment for the next day to have it replaced. The servi e tech arrived (don’t remember his name) and took care of us and answered more of our dumb questions without hesitation. I don’t blame Southern Leisure at all for the delays or the issue with controller but they have gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Do yourself a favor and purchase through them. They know what customer service is and they’re good at it.
