After some initial research what spa we are looking for we made our purchase of Marquise Spirit 2022 hot tub with Southern Leisure in Flower Mound a few mounts ago. The entire crew at Southern Leisure has been fantastic. Purchasing from Jesse and me constantly hounding him about the delivery he was always top notch and apologetic for something out of his control. To Michael that delivered it and answered all of our dumb questions and took the time to teach us how to work it and care for it. Then sadly the screen went out on the control panel as the taillights disappeared. I posted it online about it finally arriving and how the screen was not working. Immediately it was addressed by Cole. He scheduled an appointment for the next day to have it replaced. The servi e tech arrived (don’t remember his name) and took care of us and answered more of our dumb questions without hesitation. I don’t blame Southern Leisure at all for the delays or the issue with controller but they have gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Do yourself a favor and purchase through them. They know what customer service is and they’re good at it.

Great selection of quality built spas. Colby did a great job discussing options and taking the time to answer all of our questions. Colby was very thorough and we left there very confident and satisfied in our purchase. The delivery and setup was very professional. They called the day before to confirm our time and again that morning when they were on the way. The two setup guys did a thorough job, showed me how to operate the spa, detailed how to use all of the chemicals, and before they left they made sure I was completely satisfied. We stopped in Southern Leisure's Arlington location back in March, to look at spas. We got serious about purchasing one in April and we're a little bit disappointed to learn that there was very few spas available for immediate purchase due to COVID-19. We told Terry that we wanted a Bullfrog A8. He was able to locate exactly what we wanted from their store in San Antonio and got the tub transferred to Arlington. It was delivered to our home the first week of May. The installation was great, and the hot tub has been even better! These are great people to work with, and their products are excellent !!! Ask for Terry, you'll be glad you did!

Just had our hot tub delivered and set up. We purchased it from the Southern Leisure Flower Mound store. It did take a long time to get (through no fault of Southern Leisure). The delivery crew did an excellent job getting it to where it needed to go. They were friendly, fast, and took all the trash with them. Jesse Graham, the technician, was great! He was here minutes after the delivery crew left. He was very thorough and cared about us being happy with the installation. We are very pleased!

Jacob was great with communication. We absolutely love our Bullfrog! Incredibly therapeutic. I wish they had more on display to wet test jet packs but otherwise we are very happy.

For Bull Frog spa service I would recommend Southern Leisure. I recently contacted them for some repair work on my Bull Frog spa and they took good care of me. Austin in service was helpful over phone and email to facilitate and Westin the service technician was polite, timely, and very knowledgeable. Next time I need service or have a chemical question they will be my first call.

The service department is so very helpful! Cameron was quick to answer my call and get me on their schedule. Austin's knowledge made our hot fix quick and EXTREMELY affordable. We had bought a Bullfrog Spa a year ago while building a new home. The build wasn’t ready for the spa until a few weeks ago. We called SL for a spa check and install. They sent Westin out. He is a very nice, professional, courteous and knowledgeable person. He checked over and cleaned the spa, and answered all our question. He gave us his phone# in case we had further questions. Both he, and Matthew (sales consultant) made us feel like we were valued customers.

My experience with these guys has been top notch on every occasion. They have helped me with warranty and non-warranty service on my Marquis swim-spa and every time Cameron (on the phone) and Weston (in person) have been friendly and helpful. They communicate well when things happen (parts on order are delayed - not their fault) and when repairs are found to not be covered by warranty (also not their fault). Weston has even helped me with a problem over the phone no-charge. He could have easily told me it was a service call and charged me to come out. I am happy to see they now have an Austin showroom and I assure you I will buy my next hot tub from them, will recommend to any/all in the market for spa sales and service. Highly recommend!

We had Westin come out twice for our 5 year old Marquies Spirit that came with our home when we purchased it. First time to start it up, and the second time a year later to diagnose and fix a breaker box trip. He was able to quickly identify the problem to the motor. He clearly explained what happened, said he had a new motor in his truck, and was able to swap it out in 2 hours without draining the tub. Highly recommended, very skilled, and very professional.

several months ago my wife and I visited the Austin office of Southern Leisure and were greeted immediately by Matthew Boone. That was very fortunate for us. Matthew was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He first asked about what we were looking for and then guided us through the various spa options and then when we had decided on a spa guided us through the available options.Every question we asked he had an answer without having to refer to other material. Because of supply issues it took several months to receive our spa and Matthew kept us informed along the way. One of the jets needed to be changed after delivery and Matthew delivered to us(80 miles) and spent time explaining all of the features, maintenance,etc. I am amazed at his knowledge and how friendly and courteous he is. Wish every Establishment that I dealt with had a Matthew Boone

Great Company to deal with. Just had a warranty service call for one problem. Service tech, Westin, arrived right on time (how often does that happen with others?), fixed our problem plus found a couple other questionable items he replaced. Had everything he needed with him - no callbacks needed.

I bought a Marquis Swim spa in 2019 and local company went out of business in San Antonio, called Marquis and they put me in touch with Southern Leisure. I had a ink spot on control panel that was covered by warranty. Westin showed up, on time, as promised, replaced the control panel and checked to make sure everything was working properly! It was an we're back in spa!

We looked around for about a year at used...new...you name it. We visited some places twice. I mean...even a "cheap" hot tub can run you 8-10k and that's a lot of cash. We ultimately landed at southern leisure and so far are glad we did. They had the best packages at the right price. Sales people where nice and delivery went great. Got our tub in about 2 months from order to receiving. Some places told us it would be a year even after we paid up front. They also gave us a cash discount and we have been in it every single night sometimes twice a day. I'll update the review when/if I ever have to use the warranty...which for the Nordic brand at least...is 3 year which is the best I found..most are just 1. Happy hunting.

Matthew is so knowledgeable about Bullfrog and the other spas Southern Leisure carries and helped us choose the right spa without any pressure. He was also prompt in responding to our questions and handling the transaction by phone and email. We were told it would be delivered in 6 weeks, and it was. We received emails and phone calls confirming the delivery time. Blake and Weston arrived on time and quickly and efficiently got our spa set up. We know we bought a great spa and expect years of enjoyment.
