Jacob at the Arlington store took good care of me from the get go. Took the time to answer all my questions and got me set up with a good electrician. I'd recommend highly if you're in the market for a spa. They've got a nice selection in the showroom you can see and select what's right for you. I was very happy with the whole experience from purchase procedure to the guys who set the spa up for me. He also kept me up to date as to the status of my spa and when I could expect it. Communication was very good.

The Chill Tubs Chiller

Heat Mode as Standard
What separates the Integrated Chill Tubs Chiller from our competitors? Whereas they will charge you a premium to be able to heat, with Chill Tubs, heat mode comes as standard.

The integrated chillers in ALL of our rigid ice baths have heat mode as standard, capable of taking your chilly water all the way to 40°C. Simply switch modes and set your desired temperature and your ice bath can become your own personal hot tub.
Operating Modes and Scheduling
The Chiller can be set to Chill, Heat & Auto.

The first two do as you expect, whilst in these modes they will only Chill or Heat. Switch the mode to ‘Auto’ and set your desired temperature. The intelligent operating system will then take a current reading of the water temperature, and either heat or chill to get to your setting. If the water is already at the desired temperature, the chiller will switch into standby, only kicking back in when the water temperature changes.

You can also set custom schedules, allowing you to set the time you’d like your Chill Tub to turn on and start cooling. A great way to save energy.
Multi point Sensoring
Our Chiller unit has multiple sensors across its components, this allows it to carefully monitor each piece for optimum performance.
Swap In - Swap Out
Should anything go wrong with the integrated Chiller Unit, we’ve designed them to be completely plug and play. Meaning not only can we swap out individual components within the Chiller, but the whole Chiller can be easily swapped for a brand new unit should any problems arise. All of our integrated Chillers are covered by our 2 year warranty.

All Chill Tubs Original purchases come with a free insulated cover. Our covers are designed to match and complete the aesthetic of our Chill Tubs, as well as provide a number of benefits.

The insulated cover is designed for three main purposes:

To insulate the water from warmer air temperatures, especially warm sunshine
To stop debris from entering the water or the adjacent services area
A physical deterrent for small children and animals endangering themselves by entering the cold water

The cover to your Chill Tub that has been supplied as an upholstered item and needs handling with care as it is easily damaged. It will benefit from a hose down every month, including the underside. All Chill Tubs covers are covered by a 1 year warranty.
