Jacob at the Arlington store took good care of me from the get go. Took the time to answer all my questions and got me set up with a good electrician. I'd recommend highly if you're in the market for a spa. They've got a nice selection in the showroom you can see and select what's right for you. I was very happy with the whole experience from purchase procedure to the guys who set the spa up for me. He also kept me up to date as to the status of my spa and when I could expect it. Communication was very good.

Walked in looking for a new hot tub as our old one went out over a year ago. One winter without one was enough! We kinda knew what size we wanted and our budget. Ive had my Marquis Spa for 5 months now- this is the second Marquis Ive had, the first one lasted 14 years and i spent maybe $5 (apart from sun damaged covers) on a pack of o ring seals from amazon so I wanted the same brand again.
