I bought a Marquis Swim spa in 2019 and local company went out of business in San Antonio, called Marquis and they put me in touch with Southern Leisure. I had a ink spot on control panel that was covered by warranty. Westin showed up, on time, as promised, replaced the control panel and checked to make sure everything was working properly!
