Matthew is so knowledgeable about Bullfrog and the other spas Southern Leisure carries and helped us choose the right spa without any pressure. He was also prompt in responding to our questions and handling the transaction by phone and email. We were told it would be delivered in 6 weeks, and it was. We received emails and phone calls confirming the delivery time. Blake and Weston arrived on time and quickly and efficiently got our spa set up. We know we bought a great spa and expect years of enjoyment.

Westin from Southern Leisure has been servicing our bullfrog for alomst3 years! So grateful he is with the company! Honest,timely,profession, No push the dollar yak! Tells us what the problem is and fixes it! Glad the company is hiring responsible,hard working,caring folks that just want to do the right job! Not those that expect something for nothing and whine! Hard work makes America strong! This company is a great example! Use them and give thanks! All we have to sell is our service!

We looked around for about a year at used...new...you name it. We visited some places twice. I mean...even a "cheap" hot tub can run you 8-10k and that's a lot of cash. We ultimately landed at southern leisure and so far are glad we did. They had the best packages at the right price. Sales people where nice and delivery went great. Got our tub in about 2 months from order to receiving. Some places told us it would be a year even after we paid up front. They also gave us a cash discount and we have been in it every single night sometimes twice a day. I'll update the review when/if I ever have to use the warranty...which for the Nordic brand at least...is 3 year which is the best I found..most are just 1. Happy hunting.

several months ago my wife and I visited the Austin office of Southern Leisure and were greeted immediately by Matthew Boone. That was very fortunate for us. Matthew was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He first asked about what we were looking for and then guided us through the various spa options and then when we had decided on a spa guided us through the available options.Every question we asked he had an answer without having to refer to other material. Because of supply issues it took several months to receive our spa and Matthew kept us informed along the way. One of the jets needed to be changed after delivery and Matthew delivered to us(80 miles) and spent time explaining all of the features, maintenance,etc. I am amazed at his knowledge and how friendly and courteous he is. Wish every Establishment that I dealt with had a Matthew Boone

We had bought a Bullfrog Spa a year ago while building a new home. The build wasn’t ready for the spa until a few weeks ago. We called SL for a spa check and install. They sent Westin out. He is a very nice, professional, courteous and knowledgeable person. He checked over and cleaned the spa, and answered all our question. He gave us his phone# in case we had further questions. Both he, and Matthew (sales consultant) made us feel like we were valued customers.

Westin came out for a service call. He was so helpful. He explained everything I needed to know in order to take better care of my spa and answered all of my questions even after he had fixed my spa (which was actually just a knob that needed to be turned). I really appreciated his help.
