We stopped in Southern Leisure's Arlington location back in March, to look at spas. We got serious about purchasing one in April and we're a little bit disappointed to learn that there was very few spas available for immediate purchase due to COVID-19. We told Terry that we wanted a Bullfrog A8. He was able to locate exactly what we wanted from their store in San Antonio and got the tub transferred to Arlington. It was delivered to our home the first week of May. The installation was great, and the hot tub has been even better! These are great people to work with, and their products are excellent !!! Ask for Terry, you'll be glad you did!

We had an amazing experience with Jacob and Southern Leisure Spas in Arlington. He did a great job answering our questions and showing us which spa worked best for us. We visited several dealerships and looked at many different brands. Ultimately, we chose a Bullfrog and could not be happier. Jacob kept us up to date on when our spa was being built and he gave us plenty of notice before our spa was delivered. The delivery guys were professional and personable. We had a great set up experience. The follow up calls were an added bonus, just to make sure we were happy. The entire crew at Southern Leisure has been fantastic. Purchasing from Jesse and me constantly hounding him about the delivery he was always top notch and apologetic for something out of his control. To Michael that delivered it and answered all of our dumb questions and took the time to teach us how to work it and care for it. Then sadly the screen went out on the control panel as the taillights disappeared. I posted it online about it finally arriving and how the screen was not working. Immediately it was addressed by Cole. He scheduled an appointment for the next day to have it replaced. The servi e tech arrived (don’t remember his name) and took care of us and answered more of our dumb questions without hesitation. I don’t blame Southern Leisure at all for the delays or the issue with controller but they have gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Do yourself a favor and purchase through them. They know what customer service is and they’re good at it.
